Postal Strikes restrictions
  • You may experience a delay in shipping due to the current postal strikes. 

  • Please request an alternative delivery method if your order is urgent.

  • We can not be responsible for the shipping times, between it leaving our premises and arriving with you.

  • We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 
Worldwide Christmas shipping

We are closed 23rd December til 5th January. 

Last ordering dates for delivery before Christmas: 
 

  • UK - standard : 17th December 

  • UK 1st class :19th December 

  • UK Special delivery: 22nd December

  • Rest of the World: 4th December 

  • Rest of Europe : 10th December 

  • Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg : 15th December 

  • eGift Vouchers available at all times

  • AFTER 20th December, there is (currently) a limited selection on Wearth London for purchase. 

 
Shipping UK shipping

 

  • We use Royal Mail to Ship all Items to the UK.

  • Our standard delivery on all orders is Royal Mail 2nd Class.

  • You must spend over £15 to qualify for free standard delivery.

  • Options which will incur a delivery charge for the UK are: 1st Class, Signed, Tracked and Signed – which will be calculated based on your order size when you are in the online shopping cart.

  • Delivery dates are worked out by business/working days, Monday – Friday.

  • Please allow 48 hours for us to process your order and respond to any queries.

  • Standard process & shipping - 5 - 9 business days 

  • First class process & shipping - 4 - 6 business days

  • Signed/Tracked process & shipping - 4 - 6 business days

  • Please note due to current frequent UK postal strikes some deliveries are experiencing quite significant delays. This is out of our control. if your order is urgent please request an alternative delivery method. 

International shipping

  • We ship all of our biodegradable glitter products worldwide

  • We DON’T ship our biodegradable confetti cannons worldwide, they are only shipped to the UK.

  • Our standard delivery on all orders is Royal Mail 2nd Class.

  • Other delivery options are: Signed, Tracked and Signed.

  • Delivery dates are worked out by business/working days, Monday – Friday.

  • Please allow 5 - 9 working days for delivery of your order.*

  • Please allow 48 hours for us to process your order and respond to any queries, taking into account the time difference.

  • NOTE: Delivery times are guidelines only and that we are not responsible for delays or charges due to the customs in your country. 

  • Please note European custom charges are currently very high.

  • Please be aware that due to current UK postal strikes some deliveries are experiencing quite significant delays. This is out of our control. If your delivery is urgent please request an alternative delivery method. 

 

*CANADA Orders - Canada is currently experiencing delays of 3-5 weeks dues to customs. 

 

Shipping cost calculations

  • Our shipping costs are based on the packaging size which is required for your order. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs. Please be aware European custom charges are currently very high, 

 
Orders not received

  • UK Shipping - If you have not received your order within 7 business/working days please contact us.

  • International shipping - If you have not received your order within 25 business/working days please contact us. For Canadian orders see *.

  • NOTE: Delivery times are guidelines only and that we are not responsible for delays or charges due to the customs in your country. 

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to your query.

  • Claims for loss must be made within 80 calendar days of the date of posting, or no claim will be entertained. Eco Glitter Fun has no legal liability for any loss, if at the time of the claim, 80 days has expired from the date of posting. Eco Glitter Fun advises customers to claim as soon as possible after an event has occurred to enable enquiries to be made promptly.

Incorrect customer information

We are not responsible for any orders which have gone missing or been damaged due to the customer adding the incorrect address details on at check out. If you did not contact us to amend prior to shipping, this is also something we are not responsible for. You will have to wait until the package has been returned to us before we can re-send. 

 
Returns and refunds - products

 

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

 

  • Returns and exchanges: Contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note cost of delivery for returns will be at your own costs. 

  • Cancellations: Contact us within 12 hours of purchase

  • Rejected deliveries: cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund

  • eVouchers - The purchaser of the eVoucher is entitled to a 7-day 'cooling off' period provided the gift eVoucher is unused and with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase, after which a full refund will be made. If you need to return a gift eVoucher please email orders@ecoglitterfun.com

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

  • Aloe Vera gel

  • Subscription items

  • Handmade Button Earrings by Athena and Me

 

Conditions of return of products

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

eVouchers

 

Here are a few important things to remember about your glittery voucher:

 

  1. eVouchers are valid for a year from purchase.

  2. The expiration date will be stated on them and cannot be used after that date.

  3. Our eVouchers will be dispatched to you via email in the form of a PDF, stating the amount, the code and expiration date.

  4. The code provided will only be active for one purchase only, so must be used in one transaction.

  5. IF you don't use the entire eVoucher in one, you can buy more eVouchers to keep your credit.

  6. All eVouchers are valid across all of the products on our website. 

  7. eVouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.

  8. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with a debit/credit card PayPal payment. If it is less, then change can not be given.

  9. eVouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards.

  10. eVouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the eVouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of eVouchers by you to a third party.

  11. CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDURE for eVouchers - The purchaser of the eVoucher is entitled to a 7-day 'cooling off' period provided the gift eVoucher is unused and with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase, after which a full refund will be made. Refunds & cancellation policy:

  1. If you change your mind about your course purchase, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase

  2. 3 weeks or more notice = 100% refund

  3. 2 - 3 weeks notice = 50% refund

  4. 1 - 2 weeks notice = 25% refund

  5. Less than 1 week notice = 0% refund

Eco Glitter Fun subscription:
 
  1. Subscription available worldwide.

  2. The cost is £10 per month, which includes VAT but excludes delivery costs.

  3. Delivery - costs will differ depending upon your delivery address.

  4. Length of subscription – It is a monthly delivery which you can choose to last for 3, 6 or 9 months, or continuous until stopped by you. 

  5. Subscription includes: At least £17 worth of Eco Glitter Fun’s online shop products each month. 

  6. Subscription product type choices – You can choose what types of products you receive in your monthly subscription in terms of the ‘type’. Choose from BioGlitter SPARKLE (vegan) only, BioGlitter PURE Only, BioGlitter SPARKLE & PURE Mix of products or BioGlitter & Goodies mix.

  7. Option ‘BioGlitter & Goodies mix’ – this option will include a mix of eco glitter and other products which you can buy online at Eco Glitter Fun.

  8. Product Mix each month – will be chosen by our glitter fairies at Eco Glitter Fun HQ. 

  9. The first 50 Subscribers – Get a free pot of 10ml aloe gel, linen bag and bamboo glitter makeup brush.

  10. After the first 50 Subscribers have signed up – If you sign up to 6 months or more, you get a free pot of 10ml aloe gel, linen bag and bamboo glitter makeup brush.

  11. EXTRA REWARDS – As a subscriber you will be sent a monthly reward, of which will be determined by Eco Glitter Fun, and is non-transferable, and carries no monetary value.

  12. Promotions & discount codes -  No extra discount codes are allowed to be used against the subscription service. You’re already getting a sparkly deal!  Eco Glitter Fun reserve the right to remove any which have been accidently added.

  13. Returns & refunds – Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns.

  14. Cancellations – You can cancel at any time, simply email orders@ecoglitterfun.com and we will deal with your request within 1-2 working days.
