The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Our biodegradable glitter is made from a certified compostable film. This means it has passed the official requirements for compostability, adhering to European (EN13432) and American (ASTM D6400) standards. 

It's non toxic, free of heavy metals and approved for cosmetic use. The film is sustainably sourced, there are no genetically modified materials or materials obtained from genetically modified organisms.

The glitter is very stable, biodegradation is only initiated in soil, compost or a waste water/ocean environment where micro-organisms are present. Over time the glitter will be metabolized by micro-organisms into carbon dioxide, water and biomass.

Yes, absolutely! No animal testing was involved in the development or production of our glitter!

Yes! Our glitter is certified for cosmetic application. We recommend you only use the fine glitter for application on eyelids.

Our eco glitter does not contain any of the following common food allergens; eggs, peanuts, milk, sesame seeds, fish, soybeans, mustard, lupin, mollusc, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide, celery, cereals, nuts. However, we recommend removing the eco glitter prior to sleeping to avoid any irritation.
