Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale
• Aloe vera or hair gel

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Bioglitter® PURE is made from a unique Modified Regenerated Cellulose . Once in the natural environment microbes will consume the biodegradable content over a period of weeks and months. Read more here

The glitter is very stable, biodegradation is only initiated in soil, compost or a waste water/ocean environment where micro-organisms are present. Over time the glitter will be metabolized by micro-organisms into carbon dioxide, water and biomass. Read more here

Bioglitter® PURE contains shellac so it is not suitable for vegans but it is suitable for vegetarians. No animal testing was involved in the development or production of our glitter, it is cruelty-free. Read more here

Yes! Our glitter is certified for cosmetic application. We recommend you only use the fine glitter for application on eyelids.

Our eco glitter does not contain any of the following common food allergens; eggs, peanuts, milk, sesame seeds, fish, soybeans, mustard, lupin, mollusc, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide, celery, cereals, nuts. However, we recommend removing the eco glitter prior to sleeping to avoid any irritation.
